Amendment of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits
Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képviselő-testülete, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act III of 1993), Section 10 (1), paragraph 10 and Section 132 (4), paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Section 13 (1), paragraph 8a of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decides to Amendment of Municipal Decree No 9/2021 (IX.28) hereby decrees that:

(1) Paragraph (2) of Article 10 of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(2) An application for aid under paragraph (1) may be made
- a) kindergarten, schooling, or
- b) by an expectant mother in crisis, to keep her baby, or
- c) to prepare for the reception of the child, or
- d) the financial support necessary to maintain contact with the family of the child in care and to facilitate the child's return to the family."
(2) Paragraph (4) of Article 10 of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(4) An application under paragraph (2)(a) shall be accompanied by the child's certificate of kindergarten attendance, school attendance certificate or school admission certificate."
(3) Section 10(8)(a) of Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:
(Maximum amount of one-off ad hoc municipal childcare allowance)
"a) in the case of an application submitted for the reason specified in paragraph (2) a), HUF 10.000 for a kindergarten child, HUF 15.000 for a primary school child, HUF 25.000 for a secondary school child, HUF 40.000 for a college or university student."

This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 August 2024.
