On the number of voters required to initiate a local referendum
Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting on the basis of the authority received in § 92 of Act CCXXXVIII of 2013 on the European Citizens' Initiative and Referendum Procedure, acting in its competence as defined in paragraph (1) of § 32 of Act CCXXXVIII of 2013 on the European Citizens' Initiative and Referendum Procedure, hereby decrees the following:
1. §
A local referendum can be initiated by 20 % of the voters in Tiborszállás.
2. §
(1) The Regulation shall enter into force on 19 August 2017.
(2) Decree 5/2005(III.1) of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás on local referendums and popular initiatives shall cease to be in force.
