in connection with the preparation and amendment of the settlement development concept, integrated settlement development strategy and settlement planning instruments, as well as the settlement image manual and settlement image ordinance
ON THE RULES FOR PARTNERSHIP CONSULTATION
The Representative Body of the Local Government of Tiborszállás Község, acting within its original legislative competence as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and within the scope of its authority as defined in point 1 of paragraph (1) of Article 13 (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:
1.§
The rules for partnership consultation are set out in Annex 1 to the Regulation.
2.§
The Regulation will enter into force on 1 June 2017.
