On municipal assistance and other social benefits
amending Decree No 2/2015 (II.11)
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás Község, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act No. 1993. évi III.), Article 10 (1) paragraph 10 and 132 (4) paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary (Act No. 2011. évi CLXXXIX), Article 13 (1) paragraph 8. (II.11) amending Municipal Decree No. hereby decrees that:
1. §
(1) Paragraph (3) of Article 6 of Municipal Decree No. 2/2015 (II.11) on Social Administration and Social Benefits (hereinafter: the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(3) The maximum amount of the one-time ad hoc municipal subsistence allowance is HUF 20000."
2. §
(1) Paragraph (2) of Article 15/A of the Regulation shall be replaced by the following:
"(2) The aid shall be granted by the Assembly once a year in cash or in kind, up to a maximum amount:
- in case of paragraph 1) a) 5.000.-Ft
- in case of paragraph 1) b) 3.000.-Ft."
3. §
(1) The Regulation shall enter into force on 8 December 2018 and shall apply to pending cases.
