Municipal Decree 11/2022 (XII. 1.)
Amendment of Decree No 5/2022 (II.10) on the 2022 budget of the municipality
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative competence as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 5/2021 (II.10) on the 2022 budget of the municipality:
1. §
Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Municipal Decree 5/2022 (II. 10.) on the 2022 Municipal Budget shall be replaced by the following:
"(1) The body of representatives shall set the budget of the local government for the year 2022 with a budget revenue of HUF 157 651 774, a budget expenditure of HUF 157 651 774, a budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 is operating (deficit, surplus), HUF 0 is accumulation (deficit, surplus)."
2. §
Annexes 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1 to the Regulation are replaced by Annexes 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1 in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
