On municipal assistance and other social benefits
amending Decree No 2/2015 (II.11)
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás Község, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act No. 1993. évi III.), Article 10 (1) paragraph 10 and 132 (4) paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary (Act No. 2011. évi CLXXXIX), Article 13 (1) paragraph 8. (II.11) amending Municipal Decree No. hereby decrees that:

Paragraph (2) of Article 5/A. of Municipal Decree No. 2/2015 (II.11) on Social Administration and Social Benefits (hereinafter: the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(2) On the basis of Article 26 of the Statute, the Assembly may, upon request, grant a subsidy on the occasion of the World Day of Older Persons to a person over 60 years of age who is a permanent resident of Tiborszállás. The maximum amount of the grant is 5.000.-Ft. "

The Regulation shall enter into force at 8.30 a.m. on 30 September 2020 and its provisions shall also apply to pending cases that have not yet been finally adjudicated.
