Amendment of Decree No 1/2025 (II.12) on the 2025 budget of the municipality
[1] Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 111 of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments in Hungary, the local government's financial management is based on its annual budget, from which it finances and performs its statutory mandatory and voluntary tasks. It is necessary to transfer the economic events during the year to the already adopted budget ordinance.
[2] The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and within its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No:

Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the 2025 budget of the municipality shall be replaced by the following:
„(1) A képviselőtestület az önkormányzat 2025. évi költségvetését 234.918.397 Ft költségvetési bevétellel, 234.918.397 Ft költségvetési kiadással, 0 Ft költségvetési egyenleggel (ebből működési egyenleg 0 Ft, felhalmozási egyenleg 0 Ft) állapítja meg.”

(1) Annex 1 of the Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the Municipality's 2025 Budget shall be replaced by Annex 1.
(2) Annex 2 of the Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the Municipality's 2025 Budget shall be replaced by Annex 2.
(3) Annex 6 of the Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the Municipality's 2025 Budget shall be replaced by Annex 3.
(4) Annex 7 of the Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the Municipality's 2025 Budget shall be replaced by Annex 4.
(5) Annex 9 of the Municipal Decree 1/2025 (12.II.) on the Municipality's 2025 Budget shall be replaced by Annex 5.

Ez a rendelet 2026. február 1-jén lép hatályba.
