Amendment of Decree No. 17/2013(XII.13) on the public service related to the treatment of municipal liquid waste and its mandatory use
[1] In order to ensure that the temporal scope of the public service contract for the collection, transport and harmless disposal of household wastewater not collected by public sewerage systems may also be transposed into the local ordinance, the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (a) of the Fundamental Law and within its powers as defined in points 5 and 11 of Article 13 (1) (5) of Section 13 of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary,
[2] on the basis of the authorisation received under Section 44/C.(2) of Act LVII of 1995 on Water Management, the following is hereby ordered to amend Decree No. 17/2013 (XII.13) on the public service related to the treatment of municipal liquid waste and its mandatory use:

Paragraph (3) of Article 1 of Municipal Decree 17/2013 (XII. 13.) on the public service related to the treatment of municipal liquid waste and its compulsory use shall be replaced by the following provision:
„(3) The management, i.e. the collection, transport, and safe disposal of the WEEE, as well as the provision of the continuity of the service - on the basis of a public service contract concluded with the Municipality of Tiborszállás (hereinafter: Municipality) - is the responsibility of János Kovács, a sole proprietor (4300 Nyírbátor, Iskola u. 70., statistical number: 51647515-3811-231-15, KÜJ identifier: 100786941, KTJ identifier: 101137882) as public service provider (hereinafter referred to as ”Service Provider"), under a contract with the Municipality of Tiborszállás until 31 December 2026."

This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 October 2025.
