Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képgyörületének 9/2024.(X. 9.) önkormányzáért rendelet 9/2024.(X. 9.)
Amendment of the Municipal Decree No. 5/2021 (III.11. ) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and within the scope of its duties as defined in Section 53 (1) (b) of Paragraph (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:

Section 26 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
"26. §
Opening hours of the Tiborszáll Branch of the Mikkeli Joint Municipality Office: 8.00-11.00 a.m. on Tuesday"
- §
Paragraph (2) of Article 27 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(2) The clerk of the common office shall open the office of the common office at the Tiborszáll Branch Office on Tuesdays from 8.00 to 11.00 a.m. every week."

(1) Appendix 1 of Annex 2 to the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be amended as set out in Annex 1.
(2) Appendix 2 of Annex 2 to the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be amended as set out in Annex 2.

This Regulation shall enter into force at 10 a.m. on 9 October 2024.
