Amendment of Decree No 2/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 2/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality:

Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Decree No. 2/2023 (II. 08.) on the 2023 Budget of the Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision: the body of representatives shall set the budget of the Municipality for 2022 with a budget revenue of HUF 142 506 180, budget expenditure of HUF 142 506 180, budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 for operating (deficit, surplus) and HUF 0 for accumulation (deficit, surplus).

The Annexes 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1 to the Regulation are replaced by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 in Annex 1 to this Regulation. The Municipal Decree 2/2023 (II.08.) of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás Község on the Municipal Budget 2023 of the Municipality 2/2023 (II. 8.) shall be replaced by Annex 1, Annex 1.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 November 2023.
