On municipal assistance and other social benefits
amending Decree No 2/2015 (II.11)
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás Község, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act No. 1993. évi III.), Article 10 (1) paragraph 10 and 132 (4) paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary (Act No. 2011. évi CLXXXIX), Article 13 (1) paragraph 8. (II.11) amending Municipal Decree No. hereby decrees that:
1. §
Paragraph (2) of Article 12 of Municipal Decree No. 2/2015 (II.11) on Social Administration and Social Benefits (hereinafter: the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(2) The maximum amount of the regular settlement housing maintenance allowance per month is HUF 2,000." "
2. §
(1) The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2018 and its provisions shall apply to pending cases.
(2) Decree No 2/2018 (I.31) amending Decree No 2/2015 (II.11) on municipal assistance and other social benefits is repealed.
