7/2023. (VIII. 23.) of the Municipal Council of
Amendment of Decree No 2/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 2/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality:

The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás Municipality Municipal Decree 2/2023.(II.08.) on the Municipality's Budget for 2023, Municipal Decree 2/2023.(II. 8.), Paragraph 2 (1) shall be replaced by the following provision:
"(1) The body of representatives shall set the budget of the local government for the year 2022 with a budget revenue of HUF 133 444.310, a budget expenditure of HUF 133 444.310, a budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 is operating (deficit, surplus), HUF 0 is accumulation (deficit, surplus)."

The Annexes 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1 to the Regulation are replaced by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 August 2023.
