municipal decree
on the implementation of the 2021 budget of the Municipality of Tiborszállás
On the basis of the authorisation granted to the local governments and their bodies, the commissioners of the Republic and certain bodies with central subordination on the functions and powers of Act XX of 1991 on the functions and powers of local governments and their bodies, the commissioners of the Republic and certain bodies with central subordination, Article 138 (1) (k) of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finance, Article 91 (1) of the Act, hereby decrees the following:
1.§
(1)The Mayor of the Municipality of Tiborszállás (hereinafter referred to as the Mayor), acting under the authority of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality), shall prepare the balance sheet of the Municipality of Tiborszállás for the year 2021.
- a) HUF 1 329 210 662 in assets
- b) 1 329 210 662 forints, with the details as set out in the information tables 7.1 and 7.2.
- §
(1) The implementation of the budget of the Municipality and its institutions for 2021
- a) with a budget revenue of HUF 109 552 587
- b) with a budget expenditure of HUF 85 083 181 and
- c) approve the budget surplus of HUF 24 469 406, with the details as set out in Annex 1.1 and Annex 6.1.
- §
The balance sheet of operating revenue and expenditure and the balance sheet of capital revenue and expenditure shall be adopted in accordance with Annexes 2.1 and 2.2.
- §
The municipality's capital expenditure is approved in accordance with Annex 3 and its renovation expenditure in accordance with Annex 4.
- §.
The Assembly approves the residual amount of the local government of HUF 24 469 406 and its use as set out in Annex 9.
6.§
The Mayor approves the statement of changes in funds as shown in Information Table 9.
- §
This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 May 2022.
