Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzat Képviselő-testülete 7/2021.(V. 28.) önkormányzati rendelet
on the implementation of the 2020 budget of the Municipality of Tiborszállás
The decision making is ensured by the Act on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts Act CXXVIII of 2011, § 46(4) of the Act on the Functions and Powers of Local Governments and their Bodies, the Representatives of the Republic and Certain Central Subordinate Bodies. Act XX of 1991 § 138 (1) k)on the basis of the authorisation granted in Article 91 (1) of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finances, hereby decrees the following:
1. §
The Mayor of the Municipality of Tiborszállás (hereinafter referred to as the Mayor) acting in the power of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality) shall adopt the balance sheet of the Municipality of Tiborszállás for the year 2020
- a) HUF 1 387 686 494 in assets
- b) 1,387,686,494, with the details set out in information tables 7.1 and 7.2.
2. §
The implementation of the 2020 budget of the Municipality and its institutions
- a) 234 219 020 forints of budget revenue
- b) 215 493 268 HUF in budgetary expenditure and
- c) with a budget surplus of HUF 18 725 752, as detailed in Annex 1.1 and Annex 6.1.
3. §
The balance sheet of operating revenue and expenditure and the balance sheet of capital revenue and expenditure shall be adopted in accordance with Annexes 2.1 and 2.2.
5. §
The Mayor of the municipality's balance of 18 725 752 forints and its use Annex 9in accordance with.
6. §
The Mayor approves the statement of changes in funds as shown in Information Table 9.
