municipal decree
amending Decree 15/2012 (XII.5) on the property of the municipality and the rules of property management
The decision making is ensured by the Mayor of Tiborszállás Village on the basis of the Act CXXVIII of 2011 on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts, § 46 (4), paragraph 46, Act XX of 1991 on the duties and powers of local governments and their bodies, the representatives of the Republic and certain central subordinate bodies, Act 138. § (1) j) of Section 8 (1) of Act CXXX of 2010 on Legislation, acting in accordance with the powers defined in Section 5 (2) c), Section 11 (16), Section 13 (3) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Property, Article 32 (1) a) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following:
1.§.
Section 2 of Decree 15/2012 (XII.5) on the property of the municipality and the rules of property management (hereinafter the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision:
"2. §.
(1) Municipal property may be sold, the use of the property or the right to use the property may be transferred to the highest bidder only by means of a public tender."

The Regulation will enter into force on 13 June 2020.
