on the implementation of the 2017 budget of the Municipality of Tiborszállás
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, on the basis of the authority granted by Act XX of 1991 on the functions and powers of local governments and their bodies, the representatives of the Republic and certain bodies with central subordination, Article 138 (1) (k) of Paragraph 138 of Act XX of 1991, and Article 91 (1) of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finances, hereby decrees the following:
1.§
Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képviselő-testülete (hereinafter referred to as: the Representative Body) the balance sheet of Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata (hereinafter referred to as: the municipality) for 2017
a) HUF 1 447 639 683 in assets
(b) 1 447 639 683 HUF, with the breakdown as set out in Tables 3.1 and 3.2.
2. §
The implementation of the budget of the Municipality and its institutions for 2017
a) with a budget revenue of HUF 219 787 701
b) 159 543 519 HUF in budgetary expenditure and
is hereby approved with a budget surplus of HUF 60 244 182, as detailed in Annexes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4.
3. §
The balance sheet of operating revenue and expenditure and the balance sheet of capital revenue and expenditure shall be adopted in accordance with Annexes 2.1 and 2.2.
4. §
The municipality's capital expenditure is approved as set out in Annex 3.
5. §.
The Council of Representatives approves the residual amount of the local government of HUF 86 163 701 and its use as set out in Annex 9.
6.§
The Council of Representatives approves the statement of changes in funds as shown in the information table 9.
7. §
This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 May 2018.
