Amendment of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives
[1] The Representative Body of Tiborszállás Község, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and within the scope of its duties as defined in Section 53 (1) (b) of Paragraph (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary
[2] acting in its capacity under Section 24 (1) b) of the Local Government Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives Declaration of Assets and Liabilities Committee Having consulted the European Parliament and the Council, hereby decrees:

(1) Point c) of paragraph (3) of Article 1 of Local Government Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
(Bodies of the Assembly:)
"c) Mikkeli Joint Municipality Office (hereinafter referred to as the ”Joint Office");"
(2) The following points d)-i) shall be added to Paragraph (3) of Article 1 of Local Government Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives:
(Bodies of the Assembly:)
"d) the Registrar of the Office of the Municipality of Mirek (hereinafter referred to as "the Registrar");
- e) the Municipal Solid Waste Management Association of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County;
- f) the Satu Mare Regional Centre for Basic Social Services;
- g) Satu Mare Sub-regional Association of Day Care Centres;
- h) Association of Unified Social and Health Care Institutions of Satu Mare;
- i) Szabolcs05 Local Government Regional Development Association”
- §
Paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
„(2) The invitation shall be sent on paper to the members and the invited persons 3 days before the scheduled date of the meeting. In order to inform the local electorate, the mayor shall publish the invitation on the notice board 3 days before the scheduled date of the meeting.”

Paragraph (3) of Article 6 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
„(3) The mayor may convene an extraordinary meeting for any matter requiring an immediate decision, other than the case provided for in paragraph (1). Such special meeting may be called by notice by telephone or by sending a paper notice 1 day before the date of the special meeting.”

Paragraph (1) of Article 15 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
„(1) The Mayor shall put the amendments to the vote before the original proposal. The Assembly shall decide on the amendments in the order in which they are received. The adoption of amendments requires the same proportion of votes as the adoption of the original decision.”

Paragraph (2) of Article 17 of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provision:
„(2) Access to the minutes may be requested from the clerk. The minutes may be inspected during working hours.”

Repealed Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III. 11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives

- b) § (4),
- c) §-a,
- d) § (4).

This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 September 2025.
