municipal decree
on the local government budget for 2021
1/2021 (II.11) amending Decree No.
The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 1/2021 (II.11) on the 2021 budget of the municipality:

Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Decree No. 1/2021 (II. 11.) on the 2021 budget of the municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision: the body of representatives shall set the 2021 budget of the municipality with a budget revenue of HUF 122 445 405, a budget expenditure of HUF 122 445 405, a budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 is operating (deficit, surplus) and HUF 0 is accumulation (deficit, surplus).

The Annexes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1, 6.1.1, 6.1.2 to the Regulation are replaced by Annexes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1, 6.1.1, 6.1.1, 6.1.2 to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force at 7.40 a.m. on 25 May 2022.
