The decision making is ensured by the Mayor of Tiborszállás Village acting in the competence of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborszállás pursuant to Section 46 (4) of Act CXXVIII of 2011 on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts, Article 32. Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, acting within the scope of its original legislative powers, Article 32 (1) (a) and (f) and (2) of the Fundamental Law, and on the basis of the authority granted to it under Article 13 (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:

(1) The following shall cease to have effect

Decree No 2/2013 (III.12.) on the 2013 budget of the municipality;
Municipal Decree No. 3/2013 (IV.16.) amending Decree No. 1/2012 (III.7) on the 2012 budget of the municipality;
Municipal Decree No 9/2013 (IX.10.) amending Decree No 2/2013 (III.2.) on the 2013 budget of the municipality;
Municipal Decree No 15/2013 (XII.13.) amending Decree No 2/2013 (III.12.) on the 2013 budget of the municipality;

Municipal Decree No. 11/2019 (XII.5.) amending Decree No. 2/2019 (II.14.) on the 2019 municipal budget;
Municipal Decree No 5/2020 (28.V.28.) amending Decree No 2/2019 (II.14.) on the 2019 municipal budget;

(1)The Regulation shall enter into force on 11 March 2021.
