Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képgyörületének 10/2024.(XII. 3.) önkormányzati rendelet
Amending Decree No 9/2021(IX.28.) on municipal assistance and other social benefits
Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képviselő-testülete, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it under Section 10 (1) paragraph 10 and Section 132 (4) paragraph g) of Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits, and acting within the scope of its authority under Section 13 (1) paragraph 8a of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:

Article 12 of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:
"12. §
(1) Once a year, the mayor may grant aid to socially deprived residents with permanent residence in Tiborszállás in the event of an emergency situation, provided that
- a) The Government of Hungary declares a state of emergency for any reason and
- b) the income per person in the applicant's family does not exceed 790 % of the current minimum old-age pension for a family member or 8001 % for a single person.
(2) In the event of an emergency, the extraordinary municipal aid shall be granted in kind, in the form of a food package, in the amount of HUF 15,000 per package per applicant.
(3) In the event of an emergency situation, a maximum of one person is entitled to receive the extraordinary municipal assistance in respect of a property in Tiborszállás, regardless of the number of persons and families living in the property."
- §
Article 5 a) ac) of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on municipal assistance and other social benefits is repealed.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 December 2024.
- §
The Regulation also applies to pending applications that have not yet been decided.
