10/2022.(IX. 29.) of the Municipal Council of
Amending Decree No 9/2021(IX.28) on municipal assistance and other social benefits
Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képviselő-testülete, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act III of 1993), Section 10 (1), paragraph 10 and Section 132 (4), paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Section 13 (1), paragraph 8a of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decides to Amendment of Municipal Decree No 9/2021 (IX.28) hereby decrees that:

Section 9 (4) (d) of Article 9 of Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:
[According to paragraph (1), an extraordinary situation threatening subsistence exists if]
"d) the per capita income in his/her family the per capita income in his/her family does not exceed 690 % of the current minimum old-age pension for a family member or 700% for a single person."

Articles 11 and 12 of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on municipal assistance and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provisions:
"11. §
(1) The Municipal Council may establish a grant for socially deprived persons, if the per capita income of the applicant's family does not exceed 650 % of the current minimum amount of the old-age pension for a family living together, or 7001 % for a single person.
- a) On the occasion of Christmas for residents of Tiborszállás;
- b) to persons who voluntarily participate in blood donations organised by the Hungarian Red Cross in the municipality.
(2) The aid shall be granted by the Assembly once a year in cash or in kind, in the amount of:
- a) in case of paragraph (1) a) 5.000.-Ft
- b) in the case of paragraph (1) b) 3.000.-Ft.
(3) The Assembly may, upon request, grant a subsidy to a person over 60 years of age with permanent residence in Tiborszállás for socially deprived persons on the occasion of World Day of Older Persons, if the per capita income of the applicant's family does not exceed 690 % of the current minimum amount of the old-age pension for a family living together, or 700% for a single person. The amount of the allowance is HUF 5,000.
- §
(1) The mayor may, on the basis of an application, grant aid to socially needy residents with permanent residence in Tiborszáll in the event of an emergency situation, if the Government of Hungary declares an emergency situation due to a mass illness endangering the safety of life and property and the per capita income of the applicant's family does not exceed 690 % of the current minimum amount of the old-age pension for a family living together, or 700% for a single person.
(2) In the event of an emergency, the extraordinary settlement support shall be provided in kind in the form of a food package worth HUF 5,000 per package per resident. (3) In the event of an emergency, a maximum of one person shall be entitled to receive the extraordinary settlement support for one property in Tiborszállás, regardless of the number of persons and families living in the property."
- §
Section 1 (4) of the Municipal Decree 9/2021 (IX. 28.) on municipal assistance and other social benefits is repealed.
- §
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2022.
