Tiborszállás Község Önkormányzata Képviselő-körperületének
1/2022. (I. 27.) of the Municipal Council of
Amendment of the Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives
The Representative Body of Tiborszállás Község, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, acting within its powers as defined in Section 53 (1) b) of Paragraph (1) of Article 53 of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, and acting within its powers as defined in Section 24 (1) b) of Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives, shall Declaration of Assets and Liabilities Committee Having consulted the European Parliament and the Council, hereby decrees:

Paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 6 of Municipal Decree 5/2021 (III.11.) on the Organisational and Operational Rules of the Body of Representatives shall be replaced by the following provisions:
"(1) An initiative to convene an extraordinary meeting shall be submitted to the Mayor.
(2) The mayor shall convene the meeting not later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the motion. The extraordinary meeting may only discuss the item on the agenda which has justified the convening of the meeting."

This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 January 2022 and shall expire on 28 January 2022.
