amending Decree No 10/2017 (XI.23) on social firewood subsidies
The Representative Body of the Tiborszállás Village Municipality, acting on the basis of the authority granted in Section 26 of Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits, Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, acting in its competence as defined in Section 13 (1) paragraph 8. of Paragraph (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:
1.§
(1) Paragraph (3) of Article 2 of Decree No. 10/2017 (XI.23) on social firewood subsidies shall be replaced by the following:
"(3)The amount of social firewood allowance shall be at least 1 m of forest firewood per applicant.3, but no more than 2 forest m3 can be."
(1)The Regulation shall enter into force at 7.49 a.m. on 10 January 2018 and shall apply to pending cases.
