x2h-dokumentum x2h-cim\" style=\"text-align: center;\">on the implementation of the 2020 budget of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-preambulum\">The decision making is ensured by the Act on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts <a href=\"https:\/\/njt.hu\/jogszabaly\/2011-128-00-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Act CXXVIII of 2011, \u00a7 46<\/a>(4) of the Act on the Functions and Powers of Local Governments and their Bodies, the Representatives of the Republic and Certain Central Subordinate Bodies. <a href=\"https:\/\/njt.hu\/jogszabaly\/1991-20-00-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Act XX of 1991 \u00a7 138 (1) k)<\/a>on the basis of the authorisation granted in Article 91 (1) of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finances, hereby decrees the following:<\/p>\n<div id=\"SZ1\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ1@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">1. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The Mayor of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s (hereinafter referred to as the Mayor) acting in the power of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality) shall adopt the balance sheet of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s for the year 2020<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SZ1@BE0@POA\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-betusPont\"><span class=\"x2h-felsorolas\">a)<\/span> HUF 1 387 686 494 in assets<\/li>\n<li id=\"SZ1@BE0@POB\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-betusPont\"><span class=\"x2h-felsorolas\">b)<\/span> 1,387,686,494, with the details set out in information tables 7.1 and 7.2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ2\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ2@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">2. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The implementation of the 2020 budget of the Municipality and its institutions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"SZ2@BE0@POA\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-betusPont\"><span class=\"x2h-felsorolas\">a)<\/span> 234 219 020 forints of budget revenue<\/li>\n<li id=\"SZ2@BE0@POB\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-betusPont\"><span class=\"x2h-felsorolas\">b)<\/span> 215 493 268 HUF in budgetary expenditure and<\/li>\n<li id=\"SZ2@BE0@POC\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-betusPont\"><span class=\"x2h-felsorolas\">c)<\/span> with a budget surplus of HUF 18 725 752, as detailed in Annex 1.1 and Annex 6.1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ3\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ3@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">3. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The balance sheet of operating revenue and expenditure and the balance sheet of capital revenue and expenditure shall be adopted in accordance with Annexes 2.1 and 2.2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ4\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ4@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">4. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The local government's investment expenditure is <a href=\"https:\/\/or.njt.hu\/onkormanyzati-rendelet\/469472#ME3\">Annex 3<\/a>, renovations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/or.njt.hu\/onkormanyzati-rendelet\/469472#ME4\">Annex 4<\/a> according to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ5\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ5@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">5. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The Mayor of the municipality's balance of 18 725 752 forints and its use <a href=\"https:\/\/or.njt.hu\/onkormanyzati-rendelet\/469472#ME9\">Annex 9<\/a>in accordance with.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ6\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ6@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">6. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">The Mayor approves the statement of changes in funds as shown in Information Table 9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"SZ7\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz\">\n<div id=\"SZ7@BE0\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes\">\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"x2h-szakasz-sorszam\">7. \u00a7<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum x2h-szakasz x2h-bekezdes x2h-nyito\">This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 May
