decision making is ensured by the Act on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts <a href=\"https:\/\/njt.hu\/jogszabaly\/2011-128-00-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Act CXXVIII of 2011, \u00a7 46<\/a>.(4) the Mayor of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s, acting in the competence of the Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s <a href=\"https:\/\/njt.hu\/jogszabaly\/2011-4301-02-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Article 32(2) of the Fundamental Law<\/a>in its original legislative powers as defined in the Treaty, <a href=\"https:\/\/njt.hu\/jogszabaly\/2011-4301-02-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Article 32(1)(f) of the Fundamental Law<\/a>acting within the scope of its powers as defined in the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 2\/2020 (II.13) on the 2020 budget of the municipality, hereby decrees the following:<\/p>\n<div id=\"SZ1\" class=\"x2h-tartalom x2h-norma x2h-dokumentum
