(XI.5)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>municipal decree<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Amendment of Decree No. 16\/2013 (XII.13) on the regime of local public waste management services and public cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The decision making is ensured by the Mayor of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s pursuant to Section 46 (4) of Act CXXVIII of 2011 on disaster management and the amendment of certain related acts, in accordance with the General Rules of Environmental Protection Act of 1995.
