on social firewood aid<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Representative Body of the Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s Village Municipality, acting on the basis of the authority granted in Section 26 of Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits, Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, acting in its competence as defined in Section 13 (1) paragraph 8. of Paragraph (1) of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decrees the following:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. General provisions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (1) The municipality, contributing to the cost of fuel, shall provide once a year free of charge social firewood in kind to persons in social need.<\/p>\n

    (2) The social firewood subsidy for the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s may be granted up to the total amount specified in the supporting document of the tender \"Additional subsidy for the purchase of fuel for social purposes by municipalities\" announced by the Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n

    (3) The social firewood allowance shall be granted on application. Applications shall be decided by decision of the Mayor. The application must be accompanied by:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. a certificate of income for the applicant and his\/her family for the month preceding the month of application, or a pension slip in the case of pensioners,<\/li>\n
    2. a declaration of how the dwelling occupied by the household is heated (only gas, gas and mixed-fuel boiler-stoves or only mixed-fuel boiler-stoves),<\/li>\n
    3. a declaration as to whether the persons living in the household or at least one person is in receipt of an active-age benefit or an old-age pension or a municipal allowance, in particular an allowance for regular housing maintenance expenses, or whether there are children with multiple disadvantages in the family.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (4) The data provided in the application and the information contained in the declaration can be verified by means of an environmental report.<\/p>\n

      (5) The information concerning the date and deadline for submitting the application shall be published in the usual manner in the locality (publication on the notice board of the Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s branch of the Mikkeli Joint Municipality Office). Failure to comply with the time limit specified in the notice shall result in forfeiture of the right to apply.<\/p>\n

      (6) The benefit in kind provided for in this Regulation may be granted for the same residential property only<\/p>\n

      regardless of the number of persons and households living in the dwelling.<\/p>\n

      (7) The social firewood allowance shall be established as a benefit in kind in the form of firewood. The municipality shall arrange for the purchase and distribution of the firewood, for which it shall not charge any consideration.<\/p>\n

      2.\u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Eligibility conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        (1) The mayor shall provide free of charge social firewood to a socially deprived person who:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. the monthly per capita income of his\/her household does not exceed the minimum amount of the old-age pension of 350% or 400% in the case of a single person, and<\/li>\n
        2. none of the persons living in the same household has any assets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          (2) In the evaluation, preference shall be given to those who:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. you are entitled to an active-age pension, or<\/li>\n
          2. you are entitled to an old-age pension, or<\/li>\n
          3. receive municipal assistance, in particular assistance for regular housing maintenance expenses, or<\/li>\n
          4. a family with a child with multiple disadvantages as defined in Act XXXI of 1997 on the Protection of Children and Guardianship Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            (3)The amount of the social firewood allowance shall be at least 1 forest m3<\/sup>, but no more than 2 forest m3 <\/sup>\u00a0can be.<\/p>\n

            (4) If the holder sells the firewood provided to him\/her under this Regulation, or if it is subsequently established that it was not used by the holder, he\/she shall be obliged to repay HUF 16 000.- per cubic metre + VAT and the cost of delivery (HUF 1 500.-) in the case of firewood provided without reimbursement.<\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Final provisions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              2.\u00a7<\/p>\n

              (1)The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2020.<\/p>\n

              (2) The following shall cease to have effect No 8\/2019 (XI.12) <\/strong>Regulation.<\/p>\n
