(II. 11.) \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati rendelete<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A telep\u00fcl\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s az egy\u00e9b szoci\u00e1lis ell\u00e1t\u00e1sokr\u00f3l 9\/2021(IX.28.) sz\u00e1m\u00fa rendelet m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[1] Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s K\u00f6zs\u00e9g \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclete a szoci\u00e1lis igazgat\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s szoci\u00e1lis ell\u00e1t\u00e1sokr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 1993.\u00e9vi III. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 10. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben \u00e9s 132. \u00a7 (4) bekezd\u00e9s g) pontj\u00e1ban kapott felhatalmaz\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n,<\/p>\n<p>[2] a Magyarorsz\u00e1g helyi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatair\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXXIX t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 13. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9s 8a. pontj\u00e1ban meghat\u00e1rozott feladatk\u00f6r\u00e9ben elj\u00e1rva, annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy 2025. \u00e9vben a rendk\u00edv\u00fcli telep\u00fcl\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet fenn\u00e1ll\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n t\u00e1mogat\u00e1si form\u00e1ra jogosultak k\u00f6r\u00e9t kib\u0151v\u00edthesse, a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket rendeli el:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(1) A telep\u00fcl\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s az egy\u00e9b szoci\u00e1lis ell\u00e1t\u00e1sokr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 9\/2021. (IX. 28.) \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati rendelet 13. \u00a7 (2) bekezd\u00e9se hely\u00e9be a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s l\u00e9p:<\/p>\n<p>\u201e(2) Az (1) bekezd\u00e9s alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1ban szoci\u00e1lisan r\u00e1szorult az a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1s ahol a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1sban az egy f\u0151re jut\u00f3 j\u00f6vedelem nem haladja meg az \u00f6regs\u00e9gi nyugd\u00edj mindenkori legkisebb \u00f6sszeg\u00e9nek csal\u00e1dban \u00e9l\u0151 eset\u00e9n 600 %-\u00e1t egyed\u00fcl \u00e9l\u0151 eset\u00e9n 650%-\u00e1t, \u00e9s a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1s tagjai egyik\u00e9nek sincs vagyona.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(2) A telep\u00fcl\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s az egy\u00e9b szoci\u00e1lis ell\u00e1t\u00e1sokr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 9\/2021. (IX. 28.) \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati rendelet 13. \u00a7 (5) bekezd\u00e9se hely\u00e9be a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s l\u00e9p:<\/p>\n<p>\u201e(5) Az (1) bekezd\u00e9s alkalmaz\u00e1sban jelent\u0151s a havi lak\u00e1sfenntart\u00e1s akkor, ha a havi lak\u00e1sfenntart\u00e1si kiad\u00e1sok el\u00e9rik az egy f\u0151re jut\u00f3 j\u00f6vedelem 10 %-\u00e1t.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(3) A telep\u00fcl\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s az egy\u00e9b szoci\u00e1lis ell\u00e1t\u00e1sokr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 9\/2021. (IX. 28.) \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati rendelet 13. \u00a7 (7) bekezd\u00e9se hely\u00e9be a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s l\u00e9p:<\/p>\n<p>\u201e(7) Az egy h\u00f3napra meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott rendszeres telep\u00fcl\u00e9si lak\u00e1sfenntart\u00e1si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s \u00f6sszege 10000 Ft.\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A rendeletm\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s rendelkez\u00e9sit a m\u00e1r beny\u00fajtott, de m\u00e9g joger\u0151sen el nem b\u00edr\u00e1lt k\u00e9relmek eset\u00e9ben is alkalmazni sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ez a rendelet 2026. febru\u00e1r 12-\u00e9n l\u00e9p hat\u00e1lyba.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s K\u00f6zs\u00e9g \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclet\u00e9nek 2\/2026.
