Amending Decree No 2\/2024 (II.10) on the 2024 budget of the municipality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s K\u00f6zs\u00e9g \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-k\u00f6rper\u00fclet\u00e9nek <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6\/2024.(18.) of the Municipal Council of 6\/2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Amending Decree No 2\/2024 (II.10) on the 2024 budget of the municipality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 2\/2024 (II.10) on the 2024 budget of the municipality:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (II. 10.) on the 2024 budget of the municipality shall be replaced by the following:<\/p>\n<p>\"(1) The body of representatives shall set the budget of the local government for the year 2024 with a budget revenue of HUF 148 228 420, a budget expenditure of HUF 148 228 420, a budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 is operating (deficit, surplus), HUF 0 is accumulation (deficit, surplus).\"<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(1) Annex 1 of Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (10.II.) on the 2024 budget of the Municipality shall be replaced by Annex 1.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Annex 2 of Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (10.II.) on the 2024 budget of the Municipality shall be replaced by Annex 2.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Annex 6 of the Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (10.II.) on the Municipality's budget for 2024 shall be replaced by Annex 3.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Annex 7 of the Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (10.II.) on the Municipality's budget for 2024 shall be replaced by Annex 4.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Annex 9 of the Municipal Decree 2\/2024 (10.II.) on the Municipality's Budget for 2024 shall be replaced by Annex 5.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 May 2024.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tiborszallas.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/6-per-2024-rendelet-mellekletei.pdf\">6 per 2024 Annexes to the Regulation<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s K\u00f6zs\u00e9g \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclet\u00e9nek 6\/2024.
