(II. 10.) of the Municipal Council of<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Amendment of Decree No 2\/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s, acting within its original legislative powers as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, and in accordance with its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following amendments to Decree No. 2\/2023 (II.08) on the 2023 budget of the municipality:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Representative Body of the Municipality of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s Municipality Municipal Decree 2\/2023.(II.08.) on the Municipality's Budget for 2023, Municipal Decree 2\/2023.(II. 8.), Paragraph 2 (1) shall be replaced by the following provision:<\/p>\n<p>\"(1) The body of representatives shall set the budget of the local government for the year 2023 with a budget revenue of 142 506 180 HUF, a budget expenditure of 142 506 180 HUF, a budget balance of 0 HUF, of which 0 HUF shall be operating (deficit, surplus), 0 HUF shall be accumulating (deficit, surplus).\"<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Annexes 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 6.1 to the Regulation are replaced by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
