8\/2023. (VIII. 23.) of the Municipal Council of<\/strong><\/p>\n

Amending Decree No 9\/2021(IX.28) on municipal assistance and other social benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s K\u00f6zs\u00e9g \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclete, acting on the basis of the authority granted to it by Act III of 1993 on Social Administration and Social Benefits (Act III of 1993), Section 10 (1), paragraph 10 and Section 132 (4), paragraph g), acting in its capacity as defined in Section 13 (1), paragraph 8a of Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Governments of Hungary, hereby decides to Amendment of Municipal Decree No 9\/2021 (IX.28) <\/strong>hereby decrees that:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Paragraph (3) of Article 10 of the Municipal Decree 9\/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:<\/p>\n

    \"(3) An applicant for assistance under paragraph (1) is in a situation threatening subsistence if the per capita income of his\/her family does not exceed the current minimum amount of the old-age pension of 6,90% for a family member or 7,00% for a single person, and the applicant and the members of his\/her household have no assets.\"<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Paragraph (8) of Article 10 of Municipal Decree 9\/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:<\/p>\n

      \"(8) The maximum amount of the one-off ad hoc municipal child-raising allowance shall be<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. a)<\/em> in the case of an application submitted for a reason under paragraph (2) a), HUF 10.000 for a primary school child, HUF 20.000 for a secondary school child, HUF 40.000 for a college or university student.<\/li>\n
      2. b)<\/em> HUF 20000 in the case of an application submitted for a reason under paragraph (2)(b) and (c),<\/li>\n
      3. c)<\/em> in the case of an application submitted on the grounds referred to in paragraph (2)(d), HUF 5 000.\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. \u00a7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Article 11 of the Municipal Decree 9\/2021 (IX. 28.) on settlement support and other social benefits shall be replaced by the following provision:<\/p>\n

          \"11. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n

          (1) The Municipal Council may establish a grant for socially deprived persons, if the per capita income of the applicant's family does not exceed 650 % of the current minimum amount of the old-age pension for a family living together, or 7001 % for a single person.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. a)<\/em> On the occasion of Christmas for residents of Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s;<\/li>\n
          2. b)<\/em> to persons who voluntarily participate in blood donations organised by the Hungarian Red Cross in the municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            (2) The aid shall be granted by the Assembly once a year in cash or in kind, in the amount of:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. a)<\/em> in case of paragraph (1) a) 5.000.-Ft<\/li>\n
            2. b)<\/em> in the case of paragraph (1) b) 3.000.-Ft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              (3) The Assembly may, upon request, grant a subsidy to a person over 60 years of age with permanent residence in Tiborsz\u00e1ll\u00e1s for socially deprived persons on the occasion of World Day of Older Persons, if the per capita income of the applicant's family does not exceed 690 % of the current minimum amount of the old-age pension for a family living together, or 700% for a single person. The amount of the allowance is HUF 10,000.\"<\/p>\n

              1. \u00a7 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
